To exchange you need to complete several steps:
- Fill out all fields of the form provided. Click the “Exchange” button.
- Read the terms of the agreement for the provision of exchange services, if you accept them, check the appropriate box and click the “Create application” button.
- Pay the application. To do this, you must transfer the required amount by following the instructions on our website.
- After completing these steps, the system will move you to the “Application Status” page, where the status of your transfer will be indicated.
! The rate is fixed when creating an application if the client pays for it within 30 minutes after creation. If payment is not received within 30 minutes, the application is deleted automatically and to restore the application the client must contact the site’s technical support. In this case, the payment amount under the application may be recalculated.
! If the client has paid for the application, but due to circumstances wishes to refuse the exchange, then the refund occurs minus 3% of the payment amount + commission within the payment network system and exchange rate differences (if the exchange rate has changed by more than 3%).
